MSA circuit heights - Builder not returning the money

We have bought a flat number of B****, under the buyback scheme. Under this scheme, the developer told us to give the double amount of the purchased amount or the flat without and additional cost. As per the agreement, the contract has been ended on Dec ** with * months of grace period. Right now, we are unable to get any response from the builder. Kindly help us.
