Clover Realty And Infrastructure Private Limited - Builder not responding to complaints

It is almost * years since giving possession of this property started, however till date the constructed State of the art Clubhouse promised by the builder in their brouchure has not been provided. Also there are issues related to design, workmanship and material as mentioned below. Also since last * years the builder is taking maintenance charges from residents (for initial * years it was taken while giving the possession as a lumpsum and thereafter they send the invoices towards maintenance. However in spite of persuation and regular follow up, we have not been given account details of maintenance. I have sent almost ** mails and reminders on this on behalf of but so far we have not received account details. So, I stopped paying maintenance since Jan ****. The issues related to design, workmanship and material are as mentioned below. A) The drainage pipes coming from the buildings have not been given any underground routing and these have been left open to ground. Thus, the water coming from these pipes spread everywhere giving it a shabby look. Just imagine, over the years when this premise is well occupied and people and cars start moving, this water would became a nuisance. (Video and Photos attached) B) The swimming pool has a major leakage and due to which it has been temporarily closed. Though we have been told that everyday * to * thousand liters of water goes in this leakage, we doubt that it is substantially more that that. The swimming pool needs immediate repair and only doing grouting work would be an eye-wash and not going to solve the problem. (Photos attached) C) The pits of the lifts did not have waterproofing, resulting in stoppage of several lfts recently due to rain. The water proofing needs to be done for ***% lift-pits on war footing. The expenses for this not to be passed on to maintenance accounts. D) The walls of many flats and common areas like stais spaces and floor lobbies have major water seepage / water leakage problems. (IF you want we can provide you photos) E) It is almost * years since Clover has got OC for this project but till it seems not even **% of flats have eletricity meters installed. A few of them have been installed on *nd July **** but still many flats are without electricity meters and these have been supplied electricity dirctly and bills of such flats is being charged in maintenance bills !!!!
