Propertyandpaisa.com - Builder not responding

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding pending work/punch points at my Home Darpan City- N-No-***, Gate No-**, Darpan City-Kharar- Mohali.

I Have done agreement with Builder Propertyandpaisa.com located at Sco-**, First Floor Bansan Wali Chungi , NH-** , Khara Mohali , State Punjab for construction work (Agreement copy attached).

Builder Propertyandpaisa.com and his team are aware that some issue are still pending and not being closed even after several calls & follow-ups.
No body from builder team is taking seriously. **-** visits has been done by your Sales person/Civil supervisor along with your business partner like. Siya Ram, Sunil Kumar, Mangi and painter but these visits are show time pass only.
Punch pints list in writing handover to builder team *- * times ,but I am unable to understand team mindset about the pending work.
We know that your public dealing is very good, but his down line just giving sweet Goli to everybody and fake commitments to customers.
Punch points list of pending work is shown below:-
(*) Tiles work in Bathroom not done properly water is coming inside the room (Sub vendor has done temporary solution).
(*) Sink marble has been crack ( Replaced by Sub vendor but finishing work still pending).
(*) Drainage not provisioned by you for cantilever (Top floor) , later pipe put down but raining water coming down due to improper tiles work (Need to extend pile till drainage hole).
(*) Some paint work in drawing room and first floor rooms need to done.
(*) Door keys ( all Rooms ) not provided by builders , hence my child and family members had stuck inside the rooms due to automatic lock and after that, sub vendor has broken the locks.
(*) All door lock are faulty.
(*) Jali doors not open and close properly.
(*) Chimni not provided for *nd kitchen.
(*) Chimni installed in ground floor was temporary but still not replaced (During installation we were raise the issue to Mr. Pawan Sharma and he said that big Chimni not available in stuck and we will replaced later.

(**)Seepage in Monty wall is not being trace.
(**) ** tap faulty of sink and ** Bath Room tap not working property.
(**) Required documents not provided by builder like. Intkal & farad.



You are requested to please look into the matter and provide solution , as builder not responding for above mentioned pending work.
