We have booked a plot with Raheja., Below are the details-
PLot NO-
Raheja Aranya Secor ** &** Sohna, Gurugram Haryana.
Total Amount paid to the builder-
Builder deduction for cancellation- *******
Due to the financial issue, we were not in a position to continue so we asked the builder to cancel the plot on June **, ****. Till now builder has not returned the remaining amount also builder has deducted the amount incorrectly which is illegal. So requesting you to file a fraud complain against - Venika Kapoor, Adil Khan & Kanika Kaushik.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
