I ordered on Bugario, but have not received any confirmation email or msg from them. Only received msg from Shiprocket that the order is confirmed. When I tried to track the order ot wasnt trackable. Not able to find my order on the website also...While ordering it didnt even ask for my details like email...Automatically picked my address details...i thought may be becoz this using shiprocket which already has my details... but my order id that i received whocb is BC- ***** is not trackable on shiprocket too. I messaged on whtsapp but no response....i sent an email for cancellation on the same day to id available on the website but still no response. I mailed again through tbat mail. I havent recived any communocation from their side...It looks like they have ghosted me...i need my money back..it was prepaid.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
