Sree Raj Nair filed complaint against BSNL Broadband Services on Mar 4, 2024
The broadband is completely dead and I am unable to do work from home for the past * days. I have raised a complaint through IVR but no update on the issue yet. Calling customer service is waste as BSNL customer service is totally worthless, they don't have any idea about their job either. Kindly help on priority. I will disconnect the service soon ,also this month the payment will be delayed because i am a customer who used to pay the bills on time but getting worse service. Either we have frequent disconnections or no internet. If no action is taken, we will surrender the connection also we will post the worst service of BSNL in the media too.
