Had recharged PV_*** on ** or **-Dec-**** based on which validity got extended till **-Dec-**** . with the above said benefits of which *** minutes of call would be provided along with *** sms/per day..Recently we are able to find out that plan feature was not active for the said number despite having used advertised features for * months..We were able to use this service till recent past but recently they stopped benefits without any reason despite this feature is advertised in BSNL portal recharge page as on **-Feb-****.My father visited Thrissur BSNL Customer care office counter * between * to * PM but was refused acknowledgment but personnel who provided information contradicting information in authorized BSNL recharge page..Email sent to relevant authority in Thrissur was not delivered due to overquota .Refer to attached screenshot for more details of identification of relevant authority..Restore all the benefits for the number as per agreement and advertised features..Actual plan is Rs *** and loss would be increased if this benefit is not present and per minute as base plan they are charging Rs *.* per minutes for each call that we make..Around * weeks that we did not notice each call that would make loss would be much more..This is apart from awareness that government owned entity would indulge in such malicious, deliberate and fraudulent act to cheat customer and violate terms of subscriber agreement with impunity is shocking and eye opening
