RTO VAHAN SITE ISSUE - BS 4 REGISTRATION ISSUE

This is to inform you that we have one stock of BS IV * wheeler Auto . Due to some technical issue our payment was reversed . In the same time we are informed to Help desk vahan through mail. and toll free number also. But they are advised to try after some time.
We are inputted customer Data in the Vahan portal on dated **th March **** wide Application No : OR************** . The Form-**( Application for registration of Motor vehicle ) & Form-** ( Sale Certificate) generated through the Vahan Portal. at time of E cart payment , payment is pending from bank side . Then amount was debited from our account. But Tax receipt not generated . after one day that amount was reversed .

We are generated insurance also.

The next day on ward error shows like We are trying to login .while in the login screen shows an error message.
like ."As per instruction you are not allowed to login, please contact to state Administrator.Sorry for the inconvenience.""

Due to lock down we are unable reach the RTO office. We are inform by mail to help desk Vahan and Toll free Number. ( that mail attached)

But Today we are approached to RTO Sir. We are discuss in this matter.
RTO sir refused to take our application without Tax payment.
Our Vahan login user id was locked , The RTO not accepting manual payment .

We are new Dealer of *whleers Auto. We are sold the one of Auto on dated **/**/****. as per the guideline the last date of the BS* vehicles **/**/****. But we are inputted customer data in vahan portal on dated **/**/****.
requesting to help in this regards to accept for Tax payment and register our vehicle too.

Otherwise i will loose of amount of *,**,***/-
