We were looking for Nanny/care taker service. Got number of BRS maid services from sulekha. We called and told them our requirement. Next day Pradeep came to our house, and we signed an agreement and told us that from next day onwards, Nanny service will be provided. For that he asked us to pay Rs ***** in advance. He asked to do google pay to Basu, his colleague.
Its been more than a month now, no nanny came, neither they shared any profile any Nanny. We tried calling Pradeep, Basu and Sharath multiple times. They stopped responding me now when asked for refund. Dropped multiple emails to the email ID provided, but no response.
