Radhe radhe properties - Brokerage fraud

On **-april-**** my friend and I was searching for a *bhk flat. We found a company name radhe radhe properties. Then the company had arrange a broker. He had shown us some flat. We selected one flat and gave him a brokrage fee of **** through google pay. But in the evening owner rang us and told us that he is giving his flat to someone else and suggested to take our brokrage fee from the broker back. Now the broker is not giving us the refund that is **** we had paid him through google pay. His reason is that he had shown us some flat and he is taking it as a fee for showing * flat which cause him only * hour maximum.
