Golden Key properties (Xavier Fernandez) - Broker not returning our money back

We got duped by guy named Xavier Fernandez who's contact we got from Facebook we've paid him about **K for a *bhk flat.
We've signed a contract on **th September, **** which wasn't a notarized paper and he duped us in signing saying this is the way it goes in Goa here.
For past * weeks we're trying to get our money back but no success. He's faking by saying he's made the payement but all the payments has failed. We're stuck here without money we've just joined a company here and out of money now. Please help ASAP.
