I have purchased bathroom sanitary goods and booked Jharkhand Bengal Freight Carrier Pvt. ltd. to courier my item to Bokaro Steel City.
They have broken my two Toilet comodes while unloading and not accepting it. They are saying that it was not properly loaded in Delhi ,please contact them, Delhi guys saying its not their fault and talk to unloader who took money from you. Please help me with this concern.
