I ordered a makeup revolution eye shadow palette on **-july-**** and i received my order on **-july-****
The whole product was broken and as the t&c i cannot replace or return the item...i knew this before placing the order also but i wasn't expecting a full broken shit product from such a reputed shopping site....
after paying **** rupee at least i deserve the right to get my desired product which this shopping site completely failed to deliver
i want u to exchange my product with a non defective product as soon as possible
