Power Max(India)Pvt Ltd - Broken product delivered

I ordered power max bs *** * months back
After using the product we realise the resistance isn’t working properly. Called power max and complained. They sent the technician who said the resistance is broken from inside . He said he will note down the problem and it will get sorted but nothing happened. I called them so many times. The reply we get is we will see what we can do but no closure. I am super disappointed and my machine is lying at home since then n m not able to use it .
