I ordered ARC Handy Portable Air Conditioner from viraldeals.in on ** April ****. I send a mail to them regarding cancellation of the item on ** April ****. Before the shipment did no response from there side. My order no. VDS***** was delivered on ** April **** in broken form. I again mail to them but no response. Their helpline number is switched off. I lost my money. Neither they relace ARC Handy Portable Air Conditioner not they want to refund my money.
