I have booked ahmedabad goa indigo flight on indigo webpage and travelled on march-*,****. On arrival at Goa airport , i was waiting for my luggage at belt - *....and i have got my broken bag on belt. Wheels of the bag were broken and could not carry. I was shocked that no one was there to hear me. Indigo @ goa airport people and local airport service people , they both were arguing eachother for my loss and no one was ready to take responsibilty for the same. My cab was waiting outside with extra waiting time charges. I had to spend an hour and at last i was told " sir , kindly fill up the form and we will make it repaired and will be delivered on next day at your hotel. ". I had given all details and a second copy was given to me. I had called indigo on next day but , no one js knowing about the status and no one was giving me proper answer. It is march-*,**** and i have not got my bag. Who is responsible ? Indigo airport service is very poor and i will never fly with indigo , i will ask my friends and relatives to not to book tickets with indigo.
