Popxo.com - Broken lipstick and one without lips stick shade

I received lipstick parcel today, i ordered from myglam product name popxo. Lipstick isn't even in state to use, one is broken, in second shades there is no lipstick to apply. And third is good.
I want my amount refund. ASAP!!!
