I ordered plants and I received dead plant worth *** + delivery charges of ** total ₹***. These people sent me a mail that in place that dead plant we are giving you Ganesh idol for ₹***+** total ***. I ordered it and received a broken idol. Also these people have given wrong number in contact us and no reply from them yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
