Keralavision Broadband Limited - Broadband speed issue not resolved since 1 month

I have been complaining about the internet issue with their customer support since one month.
I haven't received any feedback back from them as well as they are closing the ticket that been created upon my request.
I am facing frequent disconnection and low bandwidth issue too.
I was using high bandwidth plan as they were not responding back I switched to a low bandwidth. Still the issue exists
