Issue with broadband service that does not work most of time every week have to make calls multiple time for the resolution. Multiple complaint made through their customer service number but no proper resolution from last * to * month, When the connection was installed the very next day the service stop working then you can understand the level of service. Irregular service they provide some time internet work and some time not. There customer service number does not work proper have to made atleast ** to ** call after that its get connected to there advisor. On Sunday no one answer call if you connection stop working on Sunday. Very un professional services because they close complaint with out speaking with customer. Since yesterday again after *pm service are not working till this point and time but customer service number does not response calling since yesterday everyone is bussy message only, They don't follow trai guidelines of complaint mechanism and quality guidelines designed for broadband and website does not contains information as well.
