DNA broadband service is down for my account sohampal_dna since past week June-*-****. Inspite of calling them multiple times, no action has been taken on their end for resolution. Each time I call their customer care number i get the same reply that my services will be up within next * hours. Recently they have started to say within the next day. But till date no resolution has been provided as of yet.
