We have a Net * Online Hathway account under the user name ucn_mukulm in Khar West area. Our wifi has not been operational for last * weeks with Net * Online service team refusing to take our calls or fix this issue. We have faced this wifi issue consistently in last *-* months with no permanent solution offered by Net * Online Hathway team. They only get in touch with customers when looking for renewals, else the customer care centre and their service representatives on the field are unresponsive.
