PRASHANT SINGH PARIHAR filed complaint against COMWAY FIBER BROADBAND on May 5, 2022
Have a comway connection at home *** FTH plan. I usually recharge for * months in advance and didnt have issue for past *.* years. My billing cycle was getting over around ** April midnight. I had recharged for next * months (**th April ****- **th Aug'****). Next day LCU called me and informed that they are changing the vendor and hence get the refund from Comway. I get the connection from Comway initially so I denied that I wont change it. LCU told me it won't work as they need to resolve the problem. I raised a complaint in Comway that my connection is not working. There has been no assured response and * days have been past. Comway customer care replies mugged up statement each time that "problem will be resolved in sometime" but it wasn't resolved till date.
I sent email, twitter and calls but all went in vain. They don't have any senior and give assurance or track the issue for resolution. My ticket id is COM************. Amount stuck with them (****.** -advance amount for *months + Rs **** for security)
