On July **th, I got a broadband connection from Netplus. I paid **** Rs for it. The company provided me with a *-* month plan and took a security deposit of **** Rs along with **** Rs for the wires. After two days of usage, the internet stopped working due to a wire breakage. I immediately contacted the customer care, sent an email, and called the operator multiple times, but for the past four days, I haven't received any response. They are not picking up the calls.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
