Hathway Broadband Private Limited - Broadband activation not completed

I had requested for Hathway broadband connection on Saturday */*/** , the installation was done on same day but the service is not yet activated even after * days.
I'm trying to contact them via email and call no use , they are responding or doing anything.
They just call verify the details and say we'll get back later but no update later.
This has caused a lot of trouble for me both mentally and physically
I've lost a day at my work because work from home has been actioned at my work and is mandatory to have an active broadband connection, I do not have money to purchase a new connection.
Please help me with this
