Bright India Deal - Bright India Deal - Fraud in the name of Gift

they offered me a free gift on purchase of selected item from their website. so I purchased a jewelry box worth rs *** that delivered at my home as expected. after few day they called me and offered me three free gifts option to select any one and asked me to pay only *% gst amount of the value of the gift selected and assured me that they don't demand any additional money and the gift will be delivered at my home. I trusted them and made the payment of Rs ****/- through jd pay. next day another lady called me and informed me that my gift was ready to dispatch but I have to pay courier insurance amount of rs. ****/- for safe delivery of my gift. I got suspicious of their offer and asked them to cancel my gift and refund my paid rs. ****/- as they assured me that they dont demand additional money from me. But they refused to return my money. I totally bluffed by this company. I request the forum to look in to my case and arrange for the refund from them.
