Harneedi.com - Breech of contract

I entered into a service agreement with Harneedi.com for providing a female radiologist for my diagnostic center.
Failing which they promised to refund the amount paid.
Despite repeated reminders, they failed to provide the promised service and failed to refund the paid amount.
