Aggarwal Movers And Packers Thane - Breakages damages and short items

I had shifted permanently from Mumbai to Dehradun. My personal belongings were dispatched through Aggarwal Movers and Packers, Thane who had taken Transit coverage for me from Liberty Insurance, Mumbai.
The consignment reached Dehradun after a period of ** days whereas the normal shipment time is * days. On receipt of the consignment, it was noticed that several items like TV/Fridge/Micro Wave oven/Washing Machine/Almirah/Dining Table and almost **% off glass crockery was received in broken/damaged condition. Besides one carton of glass crockery and one wrought, the iron chair was short received. I lodged my complaint with the Insurance company on the *th day of receipt of belonging but they have not responded positively.
Each time they have asked me to produce reasons for damage which is not possible for me to do. The transport company has also not responded to my emails and mail sent by Insurance Company for reasons for damage. I am in a situation of helplessness as both the parties ie. insurance company is not responding favourably and the other party, the transporter is not responding at all. I must have called and sents WhatsApp messages to Mr Sunil Sharma of the transport company more than ** times when my belongings were not delivered within the specified time.
Similarly, I must have followed up ** times for reverting on reasons for damage and shortages but there is no response.
The insurance company, on the other hand, has been giving stereotype replies on which has been in the negative without any fact-finding.
