One plus 7 - breaching the customers privacy without customers knowledge

I didnt lost any money , i lost the trust and the respect over poorvika.
*.Taking customers mobile out of shop without customers knowledge is the biggest mistake what they have done
*.They didnt even have the curtosy to apologise for the cheapest act they have done
*.Ask the staff to be obedient and responsible once the customer handovers the mobile
*.Handovering mobile to the staff doesnt mean to take complete rights on the mobile... Each inch and each step should be updated prior the action to the customer.
*.hope you will take action on poorvika mobiles @ vellore district, odaipillaiyar kovil.
