Mohammed muzzakier filed complaint against Corpseed Ites Private Limited on Oct 3, 2024
I, Jainulabdeen, a resident of Chennai, submit this formal complaint against Corpseed, a company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for their failure to deliver on their contractual obligation to secure an e-waste license (CTE - Consent to Establish and CTO - Consent to Operate) for my business, Red Apple E-Waste Services, in Bangalore, and for their refusal to refund the amount paid as agreed.
Details of the Agreement:
In December ****, I entered into an agreement with Corpseed through Mohammed Muzzakier, my friend based in Bangalore, who facilitated the deal.
The total amount for securing the required licenses was ₹*,**,***, which was paid in two installments via NEFT, along with additional cash for travel expenses to Bangalore.
A separate amount of ₹*,**,*** was spent on renting a *,*** sq. ft. godown in Peenya, Bangalore, specifically for operating my e-waste business.
Details of Payments:
Payments totaling ₹*,**,*** were made to Corpseed in ****, along with expenses for their travel to Bangalore.
Additionally, I obtained a GST license for my business, Red Apple E-Waste Services, to comply with operational regulations.
Failure to Secure the License:
Corpseed initially promised to secure the licenses (CTE and CTO) within ** days. Despite multiple follow-ups and a delay of over a year, the company failed to obtain the licenses.
Multiple complaints were lodged with Corpseed's customer care, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
Request for Refund:
Corpseed had promised that in the event of failure to secure the licenses, a refund of the paid amount would be provided. However, despite repeated requests, no refund has been issued.
The total financial loss I have incurred due to this breach of contract is approximately ₹*,**,***, including the payments made to Corpseed, rent paid for the godown, and other related expenses.
Prayer for Relief:
I request an immediate refund of ₹*,**,*** paid to Corpseed, as per their initial promise.
Compensation for the additional losses incurred, including rent and operational expenses.
Kindly treat this as a formal legal complaint and initiate the necessary legal actions to ensure that Corpseed fulfills their obligations and issues the refund at the earliest.
Sincerely,
Jainulabdeen
