As per the employment agreement I have been promised that my gross compensation will be Rs.** lakh annually. In addition to this Rs.****** per annum shall be payable as a performance bonus on the basis of performance review by my line manager and HR department.
Since *th of November **** via email and verbally via phone I am requesting the company HR and Director but they are not responding and have not responded yet. I have to leave the job on **th Of Feb ****. Since then I have contacted Polestar Consulting Pvt. Ltd. HR via email but did not get any response.
