Vu California - Brand unable to fix TV

I purchased a VU Masterpiece on *th May **** via Amazon. I purchased its extended warranty from the brand directly.

The TV worked well till **th September ****, since **th September **** the TV got stuck in a restart loop. a complaint <VU*******> was logged with the brand on the same day. they identified the power board as problem and recommended changing it. after multiple follow-ups I was informed parts are unavailable and after chasing multiple times their engineer arrived on **th October **** replaced the power board and the case was closed on the next day **th October ****.
The same problem reappeared again on **th October, and a new complaint<VU*******> was logged the same day. this time the mother weas detected as faulty. and they recommended me a replacement of it.
I have Benn chasing them since and still I get the same status parts are unavailable.
on warning i will go to consumer forum I was informed the parts have now been dispatched since *th and it has not reached Bangalore yet.
I don't have any confidence on their ability to service this TV and need a replacement of this one under extended warranty clause.
