MG Motor India Private Limited - Brand new MG Hector Plus has steering and ADAS defects from day one

I bought an MG Hector Plus Savvy Pro CVT from MG Motor (Modi Cars - Carnext Auto Pvt Ltd, Panvel) in October ****. From the first week of ownership, I began experiencing severe steering issues—the car would constantly pull to the left while driving on straight roads. This problem worsens with potholes or uneven roads. The ADAS system also fails due to the instability, affecting safety features such as lane assist and automatic emergency braking.

I have raised these concerns during scheduled services and sent numerous email complaints. Most recently, my car was picked up on July *, **** and returned on July *, ****, but the issues remain unresolved. The service centre and brand have failed to accept responsibility or provide a resolution.

This is not acceptable for a new ₹**L+ vehicle. I demand an immediate replacement or refund due to a manufacturing flaw.
