Pirates Bpo - BPO Scam Fraud

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally file a complaint against companies, Pirates BPO, for their organized fraudulent practices. Below are the details of the fraud and the financial losses I have suffered due to their unethical behavior.

Incident Summary:
I had entered into a business agreement with Pirates BPO and Rudra for a project, for which I paid a security deposit of ₹* lakhs and incurred additional expenses to manage the staff required to complete the work. Initially, their representatives were polite and responsive, ensuring that we received guidance until the project submission date.

However, after we submitted the work, the situation drastically changed. They stopped responding to all calls and messages, and we were left in the dark.

Evidence of Fraud:
Manipulation of Work Data:
The project we worked on was submitted online. At the suggestion of one of my employees, we took screenshots of our work for safety. It became clear that they had manipulated the data from their backend after submission, as they had full access to it. This made it impossible for us to verify or track any changes they made.

Unfair Error Report:
After a week, Pirates BPO and Rudra sent us an error report, claiming a large number of errors in our work and rejecting it. Upon reviewing our screenshots, it was evident that our work was accurate. They had deliberately manipulated the data to falsely reject our work and justify keeping the security deposit.

Lack of Communication:
After the submission, they cut off all communication, refusing to answer calls or respond to messages, which further proves their fraudulent intentions.

Impact:
Financial Losses: I have lost ₹* lakhs as a security deposit and spent additional amounts on managing staff and other related expenses.
Emotional and Time Drain: My team and I worked tirelessly, putting in long hours, only to be scammed. This has caused significant emotional distress, and I feel cheated.
Request for Action:
I kindly request that you investigate Pirates BPO and Rudra for these fraudulent practices and take appropriate legal action. I am more than willing to provide all relevant documents, screenshots, error reports, and any other necessary evidence to support this complaint.
