Aira Designer Studio Hyderabad - Boutique prepared a different dress and providing misleading information

I gave order for a custom dress to Keerthika at Aira Designer Studio. She missed delivery days a couple of times and finally, when I pushed, she asked my address to ship the product. I asked for final images of the dress to verify and I could clearly see that it is not the color I ordered. I told her many times that the main reason I was interested in that dress is because of the color (deep wine) and it is very important. She showed me a different color dress and was so adamant that it was the same shade. I raised my concerns multiple times saying that it is not the same shade and asked for more images. She asked time for three more days and when I followed up after three days, she expressed her frustration for following up multiple times. Finally on the next day, she messaged me saying that they messed up with the color and they need more time. I lost trust as she lied a couple of times. Now, she is very adamant saying that she can't provide refund and asked to file a complaint or go to whoever I want.
