Kundu guinea mansion - Bought gold jewellery and wrong product was sold

Bought a gold ear top with stone worth *.*** gm which costs ****. But within the span of one day,the stone fell by itself, we were promised a good earring for regular use.But it doesn't even took one day.I didn't use it for an entire day.the shopkeeper refused us to return the amount, as a customer I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire incident..We requested the owner to refund us the entire amount (Rs****) but he refused and made a statement that he can't do anything,a making charge worth Rs *** will be deducted..I haven't used the product for a day, why should I be charged Rs ***..? And what for? Please look into this matter..and I don't want a replacement..I want my money back..No customer will buy something if they are behaving rude after selling a wrong product that too misleading the custumer.
