undefined - Books package not delivered

I had ordered books worth ****/- from ***bookstore. I received an order on **th August in which there were only * copy of * books each. The books were torn/damaged. I immediately contacted Mr. Karthik BM (the concerned person) and informed him about the issue and sent pictures/videos of the package. He said he would dispatch the remaining books the next day but did not do so. I enquired about my order everyday but he gave lame excuses and reasons. I told him to cancel the order for remaining books and refund the amount, but he refused and kept saying that he would definitely send the remaining books. Now he is not responding to my calls or messages and is deliberately ignoring. His name is Karthik BM From Bellary, Karnataka (as claimed by him), ***bookstore admin (instagram). I have lost ****/-
