Travolook in - Booking was cancelled due to fare expiration

I have booked for flight ticket on July **th ****. Amount of Rs **** was successfully debited from my account. ** minutes after the booking I got a call from theri customer support that there was a hike in the price so the booking can not be completed. I have asked for a refund. Now the customer support is not picking up the call and no response through email too. Later on I found through searches that many people are facing similar kind of problem. I want my refund as soon as possible
