Lodha Group - Booking Refund

We booked Lodha Upper Thane property from The Netherlands without seeing the property, at the time of booking the Lodha Customer Sales Executive for the Europe & UK region Mr. Arun Kumar told us, as an NRI we will get the booking period of * Months and, we will get the full refund, in case of booking cancellation as per the Rera rule and all.
Due to some personal reasons, we canceled the booking and then they started saying the following cheating story and real face of unprofessional sales method of Lodha Group and the team.
*. Based on company policy they cannot refund the booking Amount, so we tried to talk they said, we do not say anything in writing.
We made the payment through LodhaPay.com which using CCAvenue payment gateway we filed a dispute there, unfortunately, there is no luck with them and they also stopped responding us.
*. We filed a case in Consumer Courts (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/) with the Complaint Number ****** , after this, someone from Lodha Legal contacted us and agreed to the refund, and they said they will send the letter regarding the refund and all, by that time they want us to remove the case from the Consumer Courts of India.
Luckily, we did not remove or cancel the case, and they switch off the mobile number they used to call us for the resolution.
*. We tried to reach the Sales Executive of the Europe & UK region Mr. Arun Kumar on his mobile and WhatsApp to check the Legal person details and other information, then we came to know he blocked my number and we verified this by sending WhatsApp from another number and for which he replied.
If you are planning to buy the property from Lodha Group just make sure everything is written and also make sure some kind of guarantee that he is going to help throughout. This is my personal experience with buying a property from the Lodha Group.
