Travo look - Booking reference number waiting for the refund

Hi,
Booking reference number : REF*********.
I booked my flight dated **th April **** amount INR ****/- from SBI Card
To travel from Ranchi to Bangalore.
When money got deducted, just after that their customer care person called me and told there is a techniqual error & we could not book the flight money will be refunded within ** hours.
Its almost two and half month I have been writing and calling them every time they are extending the time.
