hi,
i would like to bring your attention to the below booking yesterday .
we had booked this hotel stay from agoda.com but when we reached here the hotel receptionist informed us that our booking is not shown on his portal so we cudnt ask for checkin . hence have to book another hotel at last minute.
please do the need full and refund us the payment as we have suffered a lot of inconvenience
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
