Trvs Travelsees India Private Limited - Booking not confirmed and amount

I am writing to lodge a formal consumer complaint against Travelsees (operating under the brand name TripOdeal) regarding a serious issue with my flight booking.

Nature of Complaint:

I booked my ticket through TripOdeal/Travelsees and made the full payment.
Despite payment confirmation, my ticket was not confirmed by the airline.
The company later demanded additional payment / failed to process my refund.
Multiple follow-ups with their customer support have gone unanswered / unresolved.
This amounts to unfair trade practice and causes severe inconvenience and financial loss.

Relief Sought:

Immediate full refund of the booking amount paid.
Compensation for the delay and harassment caused.
Strict action against the company to prevent such malpractices against consumers.
