Agoda com - Booking made without permission and booking cancelled without permission with no refund

On **-**-** around *:** am I received an email that a hooking has been made on my name for flight delhi to Ahmedabad departure **-**-**, PNR K*ZIYI. I had an existing booking in the same flight with a different PNR O*WKXY and this created a dupe booking. I had written to the airlines and also agoda regarding this transaction and was waiting for a response. The airline demanded a cancellation charge for this booking even when it was a duplicate booking and during this whole conversation between the airline and I, agoda cancelled my PNR K*ZIYI without my permission with accepting the cancellation charges. I haven't received any response my agoda regarding the cancellation and the airline is also denying full refund as the tickets are already cancelled. I've called agoda several times and still not getting any response.
