Agoda in india - Booking ID No

Hi,
This is to inform you that day before yesterday when we check in the hotel of Nadia Parao they asked me for receipt of that time when we booked the room by Agoda. As per the booking I booked for * Adult *.child of ** years and * children of ** years and * child for * year and I completed the payment and all when we chein in the hotel they asked me for ** thousand for * children as they said there is a our policies below * year of old child is complimentary after that we charged for above * years. At that time we checked out and didn't stay in Nadia Parao. They are cheated us. Pls resolved the issue and refund our money ASAP and reply my
