Goibibo fee of Rs **** has been charged to me for my flight on **June'** that was cancelled and airline has processed a full refund to me.
Even one of your customer care executive had told me that no goibibo charges will be changed and a full refund will be processed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
