I have bought a package from them, now there is no one to contact, everyone ghost away, I mailed them to refund they are saying it's against our company policy. Welcome kit has to arrived by post bt till date nothing came from their side

Vacatiainternational – Welcome Kit not recievedClosed
We booked a membership plan from Vacatiaa International but till date welcome kit not recieved there is no support recieved on customer helpline. It's too frustrating that we have no one to contact.
