I booked a flight ticket on July *, **** and right after the money was deducted from my account, I received an email stating '
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in'.
The email ID is invalid and when I call the support desk they claim that refund was initiated and I need to wait.
It has been a month and still no progress.
I noticed an online community of folks who have been a victim of such scams from Travolook.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
