Hi, I've moved to pune on **th Sep **** from Noida and booked one OYO Life room near laxmi chowk in OYO LIFE PUN*** Near Laxmi Chowk Hinjewadi Ph * chaitanya pg **, Marunji Rd, Hinjawadi Village, Hinjawadi phase *, Pimpri- Chinchwad, , Pune, , India, Property Code: PUN***,on **th Sep ****. I've paid ***** INR online but when i reached to property i saw that facilities was not as per mention on website. Hence, I asked to cancel my booking on the same day without Check-in and sent email for the same also. I got reply from support team after * days to confirm to proceed with refund so i gave my consent. But since then i'm calling/ email to Oyo Life but not getting any response. As per their policy they told me that we'll refund the amound within ** days after *** INR deduction. I was agree on the condition but still not getting any amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
