I am trying from yesterday, to cancel my booking as the same was booked yesterday at *:**pm due to wrong and misleading information while booking. It was mentioned that “pay risk free at hotel” at Agoda website and my card details were asked for to blocked the deal and not for charged but when I done booking they have charged since, then I am trying to cancel but couldn’t able to do so please cancel my tomorrow booking and refund my amount asap.
As I will not be able to reached their due to work.
