I have booked my flight Spice Jet SG-*** from VNS to BOM on dated **th of November **** through travolook site. Rs.**** was deducted from my account. Within * mins my ticket was cancelled and got the mail from travolook saying money will be refunded within *-** working days. After so many follow up calls and mails, I am not getting any update on refund. The Booking reference no. Is REF*********.
